• 65,000 sq. ft. slitting facility and warehouse with rail accessibility and two 32.5-ton overhead cranes
• 53,000 sq. ft. slitting and shearing facility and warehouse with a 20-ton overhead crane
• 5,000 sq. ft. nail manufacturing and machining shop
• 20,000 sq. ft. office space
